Bryan Rosenthal has over 20 years of experience in human resources and entrepreneurship, with a diverse background spanning various industries. His experience ranges from working with startups to large multinational corporations, which has given him a unique perspective on human resources issues. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative HR solutions that drive business success.
Bryan is currently a Partner at Maxceon specializing in business and people operations.
Prior to Maxceon, Bryan founded CoCaptain, a business coaching platform on a mission to make coaching accessible for all. In this capacity, Bryan was able to bridge the gap between financial status and access to resources to aid professionals of all background and career levels with career advancement support.
Bryan also founded Jules Consulting, the innovative human resources firm. As the Managing Partner of the firm, Bryan established relationships with numerous startups, enterprise organizations, for-profits and non-profits across various industries while providing support across all HR functions in the employment lifecycle.
At Coil, Bryan was the Head of Business and People Operations. In this role, Bryan was responsible for general management of the company, driving the strategy and implementation of operational systems and platforms, leading all People Operations initiatives, and ensuring progress was obtained against company goals.
